New Website for Artists has been created
Welcome, this is CritiqueTime.com brought to you by OnlineJuriedShows.com.  This website is for all those who want some feedback on their work.  Likewise, you get to help others with your observations.  Critically looking at others work is one of the best ways to help yourself improve in your own work.  This site is completely free for artists and the sponsors of the site are all very art related.

If you have feedback for me, to help make CritiqueTime.com better, please click on the link below.

Thanks and Enjoy!

CritiqueTime.com was created in response to all the people who wanted to know what the juror comments were on their piece they entered in a show through OnlineJuriedShow.com. Well, most jurors never left any comments and the scoring system was used by the show sponsors themselves, never really a benchmark of any sorts for the artists. As a matter of fact there are several scoring systems to use and they don't really line up with each other.

So, I created this site so there can be some peer review and a general community of artists who are in need of some help, and better yet, critically looking at other artists work. By examining other works, it helps you develop the critical eye needed in your own work which, inevitably, will make you better.

One of the upcoming features, assuming this site gets going, is to have professional artists offer their services for a fee. All professionals will be screened and have to maintain a certain level of credibility based on clients feedback. Finally, you will have access to some highly regarded and professional artists on a one-to-one basis. Fees will vary per professional.

So go ahead and login and upload a few paintings. You'll be helping to grow a fantastic online community for artists!
